3. Course Access and Cohorts
- We may update or improve course materials over time.
- Cohort schedules are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Sharing course materials publicly without permission is prohibited.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refund requests are evaluated within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of a course.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Respect the privacy of instructors and fellow learners.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, trademarks, and assets are owned by OnCamera Collective or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning.
7. Disclaimers
Courses provide educational guidance. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or audience results. Use advice at your discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for abusive behavior toward staff or learners.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the effective date on this page.
